Andrew and I are basically ignorant of all internet traditions, so we have only recently figured out how to subscribe to the podcast in iTunes, which is a mp3 program for the Apple.

We're not listed in the iTunes directory, but you can add the podcast manually anyway. It's simple:

1. Go to the "Advanced" menu.
2. Select "Subscribe to Podcast..."

4. There is no step 4.
